Why we’re asking
We received over 40 requests for assistance to attend this year’s conference—more than we expected. We had planned to cover these internally, and demand is higher than we can meet alone.
We’re inviting partners, vendors, and colleagues to help fund attendee access so more of the people doing the work can be in the room.
Why this matters
This conference supports the people doing the work every day:
- Lead hazard control professionals
- Healthy homes practitioners
- Contractors and risk assessors
- Program managers and staff
- Educators and outreach teams
They work directly with families, homes, and communities. Helping them attend means more trained professionals, stronger programs, and better outcomes in the field.
What your support covers
A full access award includes conference registration — $350.00.
You can also contribute additional support to help cover:
- Travel (airfare, mileage)
- Hotel accommodations
- Meals and local transportation
Funds are used at the organizer’s discretion for attendee access awards and related travel or lodging support, in line with program needs and availability.
